Part-Time Operations Manager

Illinois Off Track Betting, a Chicagoland-based chain off OTB locations, seeks a hands-on Operations Manager to work part-time, 20-25 hours a week at one of our three suburban locations; Oakbrook Terrace, Crestwood and Niles.

-          2 to 3 years of management experience, preferably in hospitality, retail, banking or casino environment is desirable.

-          Hands on management style with strong customer relations experience a must.

-          Some horse racing knowledge is required.

-          Strong cash management experience a plus 

Part-Time Customer Service Representative

Illinois Off Track Betting, a Chicagoland-based chain of OTB locations, seeks  Customer Service Representatives to work part-time, 10-20 hours a week, at one our four Joint Venture locations; Elk Grove Village, North Aurora, Champaign and Normal.

-          Prior cash handling experience required

-          Flexible scheduling and availability

-          Horse racing knowledge a plus

-          Outgoing personality, with strong interpersonal skills a must

-          Will train on the job
