Opening in July of 1988 Jackson Off Track Betting is the first Off Track Wagering Facility to open in Chicago. Located in the Financial District of the South Loop Jackson OTB is now serving the city for the 20th year. The clientele is a mix of business men, and traders as well as local residents. With two floors and over 250 televisions you will be sure to find this location more than comfortable.
